F.A.Q
Frequently Asked Questions about IT Services in Central Florida
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. Longnor Solutions holds Florida low-voltage contractor license ES12002691 and carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
Do you work as a subcontractor for MSPs and general contractors?
Yes. A significant portion of our work is white-label smart-hands and low-voltage subcontracting for MSPs, IT consultancies, and commercial general contractors across Central Florida.
What areas of Central Florida do you serve?
We regularly serve Greater Orlando, DeLand, Cocoa, Haines City, and the Space Coast. For larger projects we can extend across Central Florida on a per-project basis.
What is your typical turnaround for a scheduled visit?
Most scheduled projects are on the calendar within seven days of quote acceptance. Emergency and same-week requests are accommodated when the schedule allows.
Do you provide before-and-after photo documentation of every job?
Yes. Every rack cleanup, cabling job, and install is photo-documented so your team has a clear record of what changed and how it was left.
Can you support show-control or themed-entertainment environments?
Yes. We support show-control installations and themed-entertainment IT infrastructure for attractions, hospitality venues, and live-entertainment environments.
Do you handle legacy analog phone (POTS) and fax lines?
Yes. We install, troubleshoot, and maintain analog POTS lines, elevator phone lines, fax lines, and other legacy copper infrastructure across Central Florida.
How do you price projects — hourly, per-visit, or per-project?
Most projects are quoted per-project after a brief scoping conversation. Smart-hands and short on-site visits can be booked on an hourly or per-visit basis for MSP partners.
How quickly will you respond to a project inquiry?
We reply to every inquiry within one business day. Same-week scheduling is available for most Central Florida projects.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before requesting a quote?
No. Tell us what you're working with — one messy rack, a full campus cabling job, or a multi-site rollout — and we'll scope it with you.
Can you handle emergency or after-hours work?
Yes, based on availability. Call 407-851-4411 for emergency or after-hours requests and we'll confirm coverage.
Do you require a site visit before quoting?
Not always. Many rack cleanups, cabling jobs, and installs can be quoted from clear photos and a scope conversation. Larger builds get a walkthrough first.
