It All Began When Two Engineers Got Tired of Sloppy On-Site IT Work
Foster and Harry met in the College of Engineering at the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), where a shared interest in how systems actually work turned into a working partnership built on trust, precision, and a standard for doing things the right way. That partnership first took shape as Longnor, a consulting company they ran together in college.
After graduation, they closed the doors to take on roles in corporate America, spending years in the field designing and installing everything from high-density networks to access control and surveillance, and supporting industries where reliability and discretion aren't negotiable.
Longnor Solutions is the relaunch of that original partnership, now organized into a business built specifically to be the extra set of hands your IT team or MSP doesn't have for when the work leaves the desk and hits the ladder in Orlando, across Central Florida, and out to the Space Coast.

We’ve been the ones standing in front of a rack somebody else left in a state, on a deadline that didn’t give room for guesswork. Meet Co-Owner, Foster Bentham
Foster brings over a decade of hands-on experience in low-voltage systems, networking and structured cabling. His background spans field execution, project leadership and operations. He’s designed and installed everything from high-density networks to access control, video surveillance, and large-scale infrastructure builds. Foster’s focus is on building systems that hold up: clean installs today, reliable performance for years after.
Meet Co-Owner, Harry Normington
Harry is a Florida native who came to Orlando to study at UCF and stayed to build a career across healthcare, deathcare and hospitality environments. Industries where discretion, reliability and attention to detail aren’t optional. That background shapes a practical, solutions-first approach to every project: systems that go in cleanly, function reliably and hold up under real-world, guest-facing use.
